Building great products and services comes from focusing on the right questions, not the answers. In other words, it is the question that already contains the answer.

I have a multi-disciplinary design background with focus on brand identity and (design) strategy. Focusing on customer needs, I made a shift towards digital service and product design over the last couple of years.

To me, Design Thinking is primarily about designing the process how we solve complex problems. Understanding real user needs and hence, solving the right problems, helps us on our journey to build better services. Decisions are based on evidence and solutions are co-created. This supports the full development cycle including expectation management.
